1. Workshop Fee​ 

All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include the services of a professional photographer, photography instruction and photo review.

2. What the Fee Does Not Include​ 

The workshop fee does not include transportation to or from the meeting location or photography sites, food or drinks. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not provided. For the Chinatown route, there is a $10 per person entrance fee for one of the photography sites. This fee is payable by the participant directly at the site.

3. Group Bookings 

For bookings of two or more participants, please contact us for the applicable group rate.

4. Non-Photographing Accompanying Guests​ 

A non-photographer can accompany you during the workshop for an additional $30 per person for 2-hour workshops or $50 per person for 4- and 6-hour workshops. They can enjoy the walk and experience Singapore with you while you receive your personalised photography instruction. Please inform us at the time of booking.

5. Advance Booking​

We recommend booking at least three weeks in advance to allow sufficient time to confirm the photographer's availability.

6. How to Book​ 

To request a booking, please complete our Booking Form with your preferred date and workshop.

7. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

8. Payment

Once your requested date has been confirmed as available, full payment is required to secure your booking.

​

9. Payment Methods

Singapore residents may pay by PayNow. Overseas participants may pay by credit card through a secure payment link.

Credit card payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway such as PayPal or Stripe. We do not handle or store your credit card details directly.

10. Unpaid Bookings

If payment is not received by the stated payment deadline, your booking request will be automatically cancelled and the date released.

11. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

​

12. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled workshop, your booking will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled. A new workshop session must be purchased if you wish to book again.

13. Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before the Workshop

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled workshop, you may postpone your booking to another date within three months, subject to the photographer's availability.

A booking may be postponed once only. If you subsequently cancel the rescheduled date, the booking will be considered used and a new workshop session must be purchased.

14. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

We reserve the right to change the workshop date, route or meeting venue if unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make the planned workshop impractical or unsafe.

This may include heavy rain, lightning or other adverse weather conditions that make outdoor photography unsafe. The safety of our participants and photographer is our priority.

Where necessary, we will work with you to arrange an alternative date, subject to the photographer's availability.

15. Photography Workshop — Not a Guided Tour

Our photography workshops are designed to teach photography while exploring Singapore through your camera. The focus is on developing your photographic skills, including composition, camera technique and shooting in different lighting conditions.

This is not a guided city tour or historical tour. If you are looking for detailed information about Singapore's history, attractions and landmarks, we recommend booking a professional tourist guide or guided sightseeing tour.
